Each week there is a different subject - keeps me interested. The gradual progression of breathing and meditations each week is great. That it can be done online & still be interactive. The time frame, 1hr is achievable each week. That there are regular meditations on your facebook page to keep me practicing

My Pellowah session was transformative in that it adjusted and moved something through me and it was good to honour that with a restful day the following day. During the session I felt like I was floating. It was very relaxing and tingly and put me into a really calm state. I could feel other beings working on me. I have received many Reiki healings of Esther. I find her a pleasant and polite practitioner. I felt at ease with her and I soon relaxed into the Reiki healing.

I recently attended Esther's Meditation session at The Healing Collective. I quickly settled into a lovely breathing routine that Esther guided us through in the meditation. She continued the meditation taking us to places that seem out of this world.
