Reiki, Energy Healing and Meditation have changed my life: COMPLETELY.
Due to trauma in my childhood I learned to live through anxiety, depression and adrenaline.
Reiki and the Meditative healing journey have changed my life...
I have suffered chronic fatigue for 15 years and Fibromyalgia for 7 of those years.
Because of the teachings and been given the Reiki & Pellowah attunements, I am now able to work two jobs, run my household with my husband and 3 children ages 20, 13 and 7 years (2021), our two dogs, two guinea pigs and the fish! :)
I normally had to go to sleep EVERY afternoon for 1 1/2 hours for 15+ years!!!
I couldn't work much due to the depression, anxiety and fatigue.
Now I can do all these things most people do PLUS I give the gift of Reiki - Energy Healing and Meditation to others.
I Reiki my children nearly daily when they go to sleep at night and am about to initiate/attune one of my daughters into Reiki! I Reiki Myself every day :)
My anxiety levels are gone.
Only when I rush it pops up but mostly I go very relaxed and calm through life now!!
It is truly incredible, remarkable and amazing.
I feel so so blessed that that I AM LIVING THIS LIFE OF TRANSFORMATION through having had a Spiritual Awakening being truly AWAKE and ENLIVENED by the receptivity that I now feel and experience, being in tune and touch with The Higher Divine, my Higher Self and the Spirit World as an integral part of my life - being completely in touch with my intuition, being able to channel messages from Spirit in all of my daily living and work.
Meditation
During these years of having to sleep during the day I taught myself to regulate and calm down my nervous system through Conscious Breathing. I didn't know it at the time that I was doing this!! I discovered it worked! I learned to control my mind as I had to try and sleep when my babies where going to sleep during the day!
I learned to help settle my body down from being all jittery to calm, and being able to fall asleep (for my nap) after meditation.
These were the days that the internet still was on dial-up, when mobile phones were like bricks and didn't have one and we had no easy access like we have now to the plethora and plentitude of information, resources, music and more!
I figured it all out myself. It was a long and lonely journey.
During 2020 I have started running FREE LIVE Meditations and it confirmed I am a MEDITATION CHANNEL channeling your guided meditations from Spirit & The Angels leading you into Peace & Calm, giving you Serenity and Clarity during and after every meditation.
Expanding Consciousness Over many years, I learned to expand my consciousness and develop my intuitive and psychic or spiritual abilities. Undergoing the Reiki & Pellowah Attunements have greatly enhanced these abilities and my awareness and connection to The Greater Whole, to Spirit, The Angels and all the Angelic and other Light Beings.
I started calling on The Angels and Archangels and many other Light Beings during my days and nights for help and support during the very very challenging early days of child rearing, depression and chronic fatigue plus dealing with other external circumstances that were very trying and challenging.
(More about that in my biography one day!) And I also called on all these wonderful beings of Light for my loved ones & friends.
Prayer and meditation became a big part of my life and my Soul dedication to
The Higher Divine has always been accompanied by an insationable quest and thirst for more Spiritual growth, everything religion, spiritual teachings, learning and remembering because I have definitely had many many past lives!
Living on Earth is a Spiritual Experience in a Physical Body for me.
I believe we are Spirit first, Divine Sparks who have come to experience this physical earthly existence.
We are energy first and foremost therefor we can alter, change, transform, transmute absolutely anything and everything within us and therefore we are co-creators what lives and manifests outside of us. Energy healing can transform your emotional hurts and traumas. It can be cleared when we work on it.
Becoming a Reiki & Pellowah Practitioner...
I received my Reiki level 1 attunement in March 2017 and I completed the Level 2 course in October followed by me completing my REIKI MASTERS LEVEL June 2021.
In May 2018 I received my Pellowah Healing Attunement Level I&II and am now also a Pellowah practitioner sharing, this beautiful higher frequency energy .
The White Peacock Healing Room has branched out from being in a physical room to now also having an online presence in an ONLINE facebook group "The White Peacock Healing Room Relaxation Space" where I discovered that I can channel meditations which I've been sharing for FREE.
In 2020 in Term3 started teaching a meditation course online "Mind Wanderer Soul Adventurer".
I live, and the actual room is in the lovely town of Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia, where I work as a Reiki & Pellowah practitioner as well as that I am a Meditation facilitator and am a MEDITATION MEDIUM working from The Healing Collective which has different spaces where I also facilitate Sacred Women's Circles, Meditation classes & CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL SOUND HEALING MEDITATIONS. Playing my Flute for the participants has become part of it too!
While giving Reiki to other people,
I discovered I have the gift of picking up
- messages from people's bodies
(eg where there is pain, what foods are great to add to your diet, womb wounds, emotional issues, energetic wounds from e.g operations, and more),
- past life experiences,
- child hood experiences
- and so so much more!
Every Healing is a surprise and a wonderful journey of discovery plus a beautiful gift for the client as well as for me!
I soon learned during the Reiki sessions there is a sequence of healing that takes place.
Different parts of the body release and heal different aspects like working with someone's head (obviously) the usual over thinking and control aspects or issues (working on / with the mental body)
working with the heart we often work with forgiveness and releasing of possible anger or hurt,
tummy areas usually shows up healing parts of the
'Inner Child' or Childhood experiences or for many women wounds of sexual abuse, abortion, miscarriage or intensive (traumatic) births come up.
Hips and legs usually show up inflexibility with direction in life; I 'see' stomping feet for exerting self will, and other childhood memories! It's incredible what your body has stored!
Arch Angel Michael
Usually after we have worked with the Head, Heart & Hands,
Arch Angel Michael comes through and swoops his Crystal Healing Sword through your physical & energetic bodies to help cleanse and clear.
Once when I gave a client a Pellowah healing, I met Arch Angel Michael... I was so close to him. I could feel and see him so so clearly. The feathers on his wings, the firmness of the wings. His Divine Presence was absolutely beautiful... His Love and Strength yet Power without aggression or anger is Magnificent.
His Love and Grace are so beautifully Healing...
Angel Spirit Readings
Since I was 20 I have meditated and came in touch with my first Spirit Guide Esmeralda.
A beautiful lady from the 1800's. Then in my late 20's White Eagle revealed himself to me in meditations.
