Meditation sessions for Adults are intimate and a great calm learning space for practising meditation. Questions about experiences, techniques, Spirit connections and more are welcomed.
Come and join me as I take you through
- Breathing techniques
- A Guided Meditation
(different every week)
- Mindfulness practises
-"The Body Scan" relaxing deeply switching ourselves to a calm & clear space within
- Learn more scientific facts about meditation.
The meditation is infused with positive affirmations that arise from the energy in the room.
Spirit leads & I am a MEDITATION CHANNEL and
I channel Reiki energy into the room for you all.
For all levels of meditators - from the beginners to the more experienced.
For all who would like to revive previous practise or learn new skills and sit in meditation with other people because the group generates a different energy than practising alone and interesting relevant sharing usually starts of or concludes the meditation, of course this is optional

Meditation & Mindfulness for
Children and Preschoolers
Small 45 minute private or group sessions for children and their parents
You can book in for just you and your child or you can join a small group.
You and your child will learn a range of creative relaxation techniques and they learn to extend their focus and attention in meditation.
They start often being wriggly and will become, from being not so focused to wonderfully focused & engaged by the end of sessions and by the 4th session they will drop into relaxation already so much quicker than before!
Within the sessions by the time we do the meditation they completely drop into the relaxation within themselves (and you too! ;) !
(Most parents don't want to leave!)
We use Mindfulness Techniques like
- Creative use of Mandalas, Body scan and other
- Tuning into our bodies
observing * emotions, *physical sensations, * mind activity
- Becoming more aware of our senses; taste, touch, smell, sound, vision
They (and you) will
- Play physical fun games
- use π€Έπ Yoga poses & Yoga games to de-stress a tense & wired body
- meditate with Guided Meditations
- learn to anchor your energy and refocus
- enjoy Creative Visualisations like
swimming on the back of a Dolphin,
soaring with Eagles, climbing a mountain,
finding & flying a Dragon & so so much more!
I will share links to Relaxing music for children and you will learn more about finding the right App or Meditations for you and your child/ren.
Bringing Relaxation,
Mindfulness & Meditation and Connection to Self into the world at a young age is ESSENTIAL nowadays
- to combat sensory & stimulus overload due to screens & excess information
- with dealing with big unmanageable emotions and
- learning to tune into ourselves...
We will sit and also lie down during the sessions.
We can start as young as 4 - 5 years old.

Meditation & Mindfulness for Young People 13- 16yrs
Young People go through a whole lot of specific challenges and worries.
These Meditation and Mindfulness sessions for youth are specifically designed to accommodate for these dilemma's and issues such as
- social anxiety,
- depression,
- dealing with school work and peer pressures,
- support for dealing with test or exam stress
- big emotions that seem unmanageable like anger and sadness and
- dealing with mood changes due to hormonal changes.
No talking or sharing is required though you can if you want to.
All that is said in these sessions is confidential and stays in the space so you can feel safe to be yourself.
Sessions are only 45 minutes yet we can achieve a lot in this time.
You will learn:
- Breathing exercises
- Meditation techniques
- Mindfulness practises
- What Apps to look out for
- What music to select
- How to start practising meditation at home regularly
Please have a journal so you can write some things of the session down for your future reference.
